The course

Beaufort Golf Club is positioned on the Ring of Kerry road just 10 minutes west of Killarney — close enough to serve as a comfortable addition to any Killarney golf break, but distinctive enough in character to stand on its own. The course is a parkland of genuine beauty, carved through 200-year-old trees with 15th-century castle ruins visible from multiple fairways and two lakes coming into play. It is one of the best-value rounds in Kerry, with no handicap requirement making it accessible to all visitors.

The par 71 of 6,587 yards (with some sources citing up to 7,004 yards from the back tees) plays through rolling meadows with the McGillycuddy Reeks and Gap of Dunloe as backdrop. Contact the club directly on +353 64 664 4440 or via beaufortgc.com for current green fee rates.
